End User License Agreement — MyFonts.lk

This End User License Agreement applies to the SinKey desktop application (Sinkey.zip). By downloading or using SinKey, you agree to these terms.

License Grant

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of SinKey.

SinKey is a keyboard layout utility for Sinhala typing on Windows. While your paid license is active, MyFonts.lk grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use SinKey for personal or commercial typing work, limited to the devices allowed by your purchased plan. Generated text belongs to you, subject to any third-party font or content rights. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or transfer of SinKey itself. SinKey යනු Windows මත සිංහල ටයිප් කිරීම සඳහා වන desktop keyboard layout මෘදුකාංගයකි.

Restrictions

No reverse-engineering, modification, redistribution, resale, or sublicensing without permission.

  • You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer SinKey.
  • You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
  • You may not use SinKey for any illegal purpose.
  • You may not distribute copies without express written permission from MyFonts.lk.

Intellectual Property

SinKey code, design, and documentation belong to MyFonts.lk.

SinKey, including all code, design, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MyFonts.lk and Pasan Anushanga. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

SinKey is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MyFonts.lk does not warrant that SinKey will be error-free or uninterrupted. මෙම මෘදුකාංගය "ඇති තත්ත්වයේ" ලබා දී ඇත.

Limitation of Liability

MyFonts.lk is not liable for damages from using SinKey.

In no event shall MyFonts.lk be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use SinKey. You use the software at your own risk.

Termination

License ends automatically if you violate any terms. Destroy all copies.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of SinKey.

🌍

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
